At IntelliTec, we offer training programs to prepare you for careers that are in high demand in your community. IntelliTec offers both Associate of Occupational Science degrees and Certificate programs, and all programs are designed to be completed in a relatively short amount of time. Programs offer practical, hands-on training under the supervision of experienced, professional instructors, so students gain confidence in their skills and abilities. Graduates of IntelliTec’s programs enter the job market with confidence, thoroughly prepared for the realities of their future positions.
IntelliTec’s training programs prepare students for careers that are essential to the functioning of our economy and society, careers that can offer you stability. Healthcare workers are critically important, and the healthcare field offers plenty of opportunities for advancement. IntelliTec offers training programs for essential healthcare positions including medical assistants (12 months), dental assistants (10.5 months), and nursing assistants (4 weeks). These healthcare professionals work directly with patients, and have a direct influence on the quality and delivery of the vital healthcare services we all need. With IntelliTec’s certificate programs you can train for one of these healthcare-based careers in a short amount of time, and position yourself to enter the job market in 2022. Want to take your healthcare career a step further? IntelliTec also offers an 18-month Associate of Occupational Science, Medical Assisting degree program.
Health and wellness careers are also in demand and IntelliTec has Cosmetologist and Massage Therapy programs. If this is where you see yourself, the Cosmetologist program at IntelliTec College can be completed in 15 months or the Massage Therapy program can be completed in 9 months. Both programs have salons and clinics to ensure our students get plenty of practice as they prepare for their new careers.
In addition to healthcare and wellness career training, IntelliTec also offers career training for in-demand careers in Information Technology and the trades. IntelliTec’s Computer Systems Technician program offers both a 12-month certificate program, and a 19.5-month Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) degree program. At IntelliTec, courses are designed to prepare students for certification through CompTIA and Microsoft, and you can earn certifications throughout your program, so you can actually land a job and start working before you complete your training program!
IntelliTec’s training programs for careers in the trades include programs designed to prepare students for careers as HVAC/R Technicians, Electricians, and Automotive Technicians, technical careers that remain competitive even during downturns in the economy. IntelliTec’s Electrician program is a 10.5 month program, offered at the Colorado Springs and Pueblo campuses, and is designed to prepare students with the skills for entry-level Electrical Technician positions. IntelliTec’s Automotive Technician program is a 15-month certificate program, offered at all four IntelliTec campuses, and features innovative Electude teaching technology. The Refrigeration and HVAC technician program is an Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) degree program, and is offered at the Colorado Springs (19.5 months) and Grand Junction (18 months) campus locations.
