IntelliTec College Students:
As you have probably heard, the Governors of both Colorado and New Mexico have issued a “Stay in Place” Order for non-essential businesses in response to the threat of COVID-19. Both states have also recognized the importance of continuing to deliver the education that we offer. IntelliTec College has been allowed to remain open to ensure that we can continue to deliver this education in a distance education environment.
What this means to you is that while our campuses will remain open in order to be available for student inquiries, to pick up and drop off correspondence course work, and for any other individual student needs that we can assist with, we will not be delivering classroom education in an on-ground environment. Instead, we will continue to deliver your education to you through a variety of different delivery methods and we ask that you stay in daily contact with your instructor to ensure that you have received all of your daily classroom content. Our plan is to operate this way through Friday, April 10th, with students returning to their classrooms on our campuses beginning Monday, April 13th. Please understand that this situation is constantly evolving, and these dates could still be subject to change.
As we stated before, please do not come to campus if you are experiencing a fever of 100.4℉ or greater, cough, shortness of breath, or have interacted with anyone who has a fever or is in quarantine. In other words, if you are fearful of interacting with others, you do not need to come to campus. We will work with you individually to help you accomplish your goals when this crisis subsides.
I know this continues to be a stressful time for everyone, but please know that our faculty and staff are here to assist you in any way we can during these challenging times.
