To our Students, Staff, and Community:

IntelliTec College Students:

New Mexico Student Announcement:

We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and follow the guidance of both the New Mexico state and the federal government. In following the guidance that is now in place, we have made the decision to continue teaching our classes at our Albuquerque, New Mexico campus remotely through May 15th, 2020. We are hopeful that we will be able to resume on-ground classes on May 18th, but we will continue to closely monitor the situation and will reassess and notify you of any additional changes as this date gets closer.

Colorado Student Announcement:

The governor of Colorado has issued a new “Safer at Home” policy that eases restrictions on postsecondary schools like IntelliTec College and allows students back on campus for laboratory activities. We are excited to take this first step back towards regular classes, and we want to assure everyone that we will be following all applicable guidelines from the governor and the Colorado Department of Higher Education to create a safe environment.

It is important to know that we will still be conducting the didactic portion of your classes online at this time, and moving forward. Beginning Monday, May 4th, we will be offering lab activities for some programs on campus. Restrictions within the new Safer at Home guidelines require us to schedule your laboratory times through your instructor and/or Program Supervisor before returning to the campus.

We have masks for students who are not able to provide their own, but we encourage you to bring your facemask. Please feel comfortable bringing any additional personal protective items you think you may need to be comfortable.

All Colorado schools, including IntelliTec, are under stringent guidelines in allowing students to return to campus.  Each campus will be sending out an email with detailed instructions for returning to campus.

We hope that you all continue to stay safe and healthy, thank you for your patience and cooperation as we adjust to making this a safe, educational environment for you.

This applies to our Colorado Students only; there are no changes as it relates to our New Mexico students. Please check back regularly for updates.

  • Other common “high-touch” items within our facilities

Multiple sanitizer stations are located throughout our facilities. Instructors and faculty who are experiencing symptoms are encouraged to stay home and immediately seek medical attention.

Ways In Which You Can Support Community Health

  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and hot water for at least 20 seconds
  • Cover your coughs and sneezes
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
  • Stay home when you or a family member is sick and avoid close contact with others who are sick

Additional Guidelines We Are Following

Any staff or faculty member displaying symptoms is encouraged to stay home.

Any student that is displaying symptoms will be sent home, or if they call in stating that they are not feeling well will be encouraged to stay home.
